Hula Hooping and Spin Jam with Jessie Jewels

Join us for a series of free hula hoop classes hosted by Jessie Jewels. Located in the Bally's Event Lawn adjacent to The Guild Beer Garden and next to the Providence Pedestrian Bridge.

What is hooping?

Hula hooping has evolved into a dynamic art form. During the class, Jessie Jewels will teach on and off-body hooping tricks. No prior experience is needed. It's fun, it's fitness and your bound to laugh! Even if you cannot waist hula hoop (yet) I promise you will find a part of hooping that you love! We mix in a bit of fitness and dance. It is very accommodating for everyone.

Do I need to bring a hoop?

If you have a dance hoop, bring it! Otherwise, Jessie will have plenty of extra hoops to borrow. If you would like to purchase a hoop, she can also recommend one there.

What ages are allowed?

Hooping is for everyone! All ages are welcome! We ask that all children are accompanied by an adult.
