Free Jala Yoga Classes in District Park

Take in the beautiful outdoors while practicing an all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Free and Open to the public, happening Mondays at 5:30.  Practice will incorporate meditation, breathing exercises, and fluid movement that take inspiration from nature. Not only get all the great benefits of yoga but also fresh air and sunshine offered by our beautiful park setting. All are welcome to and please bring a mat or towel.
