Park Use Fee Table 2024

Hourly Rates:

1-100 attendance:

  • Individual / Small Org. Rate: $50 / hr
  • Large Org / For-Profit: $100 / hr

501-2,500 attendance:

  • Individual / Small Org. Rate: $350 / hr
  • Large Org / For-Profit: $500/ hr

101- 500 attendance

  • Individual / Small Org. Rate: $100 / hr
  • Large Org / For-Profit: $200/ hr

2500+ attendance:

  • Individual / Small Org. Rate: $450 / hr
  • Large Org / For-Profit: $900/ hr

Additional Fees:

  • Staffing costs: $50 /hr per person
  • Trash removal and litter pickup (if not handled by event producer):
    • $175 /hr for events under 500 people
    • $250/hr for events over 500 people
  • Lawn replacement: $1 / sq foot
  • All licensing and permitting fees to be paid for by user
  • Park closure fee $500 (fee subject to change depending on scope of closure)
  • High impact events, including events with alcohol sales, may be subject to additional fees

- $7,000 Full-day rates available (non-hourly, if utilizing both east and west sides of park events might be subject to additional fees)

- $1,000 Overnight infrastructure set up and storage on non-event days 

Deposit:

50% deposit to be received no later than two weeks prior to event
