Providence Children's Film Festival: Starry Nights Cinema

Sometimes the best things come in small packages. Join PCFF for four short film programs this summer, with each evening featuring award winning films from around the world. Each program begins at sunset. Free popcorn will be provided!

July 17- Let's Get Animated!  Animation IS magic. Giving lifeless materials the illusion of being alive can be extraordinary. You will see the options can be endless! 

July 31- Comm-YOU-nity  The title says it all! We live in a world with other people. How do we feel like we fit in...or not? These films are of people (and critters) trying to figure it all out. 

August 14- Be Strong, Be Kind  The theme of this reel is empathy. Empathy allows us to understand and share the feelings of others anywhere in the world. Some people have it, while others...well, let’s just say they might need more practice.

August 28-Passionate Pursuits  Stories of people and critters with a passion so strong they live, practice, or focus more effort towards their goal than anything else they know. Seeing their stories might get YOU inspired!
