An outdoor pop-up Barre class, this 45-minute session combines aspects of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to strengthen and lengthen muscles. This low impact, invigorating, practice is accessible and easily modified for all fitness levels. This event is BYOM (bring your own mat).
​After class, we will head over to The Guild beer garden for a beverage.
