Join Gretchen Bell, founder of (Bar)re Bell and Yoga, for an outdoor pop-up Barre class on Providence's picturesque 195 District Park just off the pedestrian bridge! This 45-minute class combines aspects of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to strengthen and lengthen muscles. This low impact, invigorating, practice is accessible and easily modified for all fitness levels.
After class, you'll be refreshed with a cocktail/mocktail provided by amazing mixologists from Plant City! Nothing could be better.
Gretchen Bell is a Barre and Yoga Instructor and is Bare Guild, ACE Group Fitness Instructor and 500hr YA Certified, and has been teaching Barre since 2019.
